Delete My Account

You can ask us to delete your Anandam account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent: profile details, child progress, awards and subscription history are removed and cannot be restored. Records we must keep by law (such as tax records of payments) are retained only as long as the law requires.

How to request deletion

Email imageequation@gmail.com from any address, mentioning the mobile number registered in the app. We will confirm the request by OTP or reply to the registered number, complete the deletion within 7 days, and send you a confirmation.

What if I only want to remove some data?

You can edit or remove your profile photo and personal details in the app under Profile. For anything else, use the same email address above.
