Who this service is for

Anandam provides children's stories, live classes and family guidance. Accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts themselves, and the app is intended to be used by children together with, or under the supervision of, a parent.

Information we collect

When a parent registers we collect: parent/child name, mobile number, email address, city and state, preferred language, and a profile photo if you choose to add one. When you use the service we also receive: reading and watching progress, activity participation, support messages, and device information needed to run the app (such as app version).

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment status and plan details; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.

How we use information

To operate accounts and subscriptions, deliver stories, classes and counselling bookings, show progress and awards, send one-time passwords (OTP) for login, respond to support requests, and keep the service safe. We do not sell personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising in the app.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service — payment processing (Razorpay), video streaming, SMS/OTP delivery and hosting — each bound to use it solely for providing their service to us, and with authorities where the law requires.

Storage & security

Data is stored on our servers and protected with encrypted connections (HTTPS), token-based authentication and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs we will inform you as required by law.

Your choices & rights

You can review and edit profile details in the app, change language anytime, and request a copy or correction of your data by writing to imageequation@gmail.com. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time — see Delete My Account.

Children's data

We collect only what the service needs, tie it to the parent's account, and never use children's data for advertising or profiling. Parents can ask us to delete a child's data at any time using the account-deletion process.
