Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
Subscriptions give immediate access to digital content, so charges already made are generally non-refundable once the plan is active.
When we do refund
We refund in full if: you were charged but the plan was not activated on your account; you were charged twice for the same plan; or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service and we could not fix it within 7 days of your report.
How to request
Write to imageequation@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, with the registered mobile number and the payment reference shown in your Razorpay confirmation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation
You may stop using the service at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plans do not auto-renew unless stated at purchase.
