1. The service
Anandam, operated by Anandam, offers children's stories, live and recorded classes, activities and counselling bookings through mobile applications and this website. Using the service means you accept these terms; the account holder must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older.
2. Accounts
Keep your login OTPs and password private. One account is for one family's personal, non-commercial use; a single active device session applies as enforced in the app. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans, their prices and durations are shown in the app before purchase and are billed through Razorpay. Plans renew only if and as stated at purchase. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Content and conduct
All stories, videos, classes, artwork and materials belong to Anandam or its licensors. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform or resell them. Live classes must be used respectfully; we may remove access for abuse, unlawful activity or violation of these terms.
5. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation; classes, features and the content library may change or be updated over time.
6. Liability
The service and its content are educational and devotional in nature and provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Anandam's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Counselling guidance is supportive in nature and is not medical, psychological or legal advice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at the operator's registered place of business have jurisdiction.
